Santiago was born in Mexico City and raised in Cancún. He has been involved in Better Education Better World since its creation, serving as Director of Media until becoming Co-President alongside his brother.

 

For high school, he attended Northfield Mount Hermon School in Western Massachusetts, where he was senior class Vice President and President of the Latino Student Association.

 

He later graduated from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he served as the President of the Student Association for Applied Studies.

 

Currently, Santiago works at a real estate fintech company in New York City, while serving as Co-President of the organization.
